So this review is based of my experience. I've been here twice. The first time I had a good time. Staff was friendly. I enjoyed their Kalbi and their Korean chicken wings. Kimchi fried rice with egg is very good also. I was hoping they had jia jiang noodles but they done but it's okay. Their barley drink is good too. The second time I went same thing food is good but what the service was not on point this time. Getting our order and food ready was prompt but after that I felt like our host did not check up on us if we needed anything. I was with my mom and we were eating the Kalbi and the chicken wings which was very saucy so we needed more napkins and my mom wanted a fork but every time she tried to ask the lady who was our host would walk passed us. There was a busser who was working next to our table so my mom asked him for a fork and he had this attitude like it's not his job to host us. Which may be true but he was handling the utensils. When we were ready to go not once had our original host stopped by and my mom wanted a to go box so she asked that same busser who was present again by our table and as he turns around to get it he's shaking his head and pointing to my Mom with his other co worker. I felt a bit angry because he's been giving my mom this little snobby attitude for small three things she requested. Fork, napkins, and a to go box. I don't care if our host doesn't stop by constantly but at least check up. But no we had to ask the other guy.
