Purchased a Groupon for a blow out and scheduled the service for my birthday night. It was hard to even schedule the appointment as nobody answered the phone the first couple of times I called. I finally got through and had a series a callbacks to get my appointment set. On the day of my birthday, an hour before my scheduled time, they called and cancelled my appointment. I was pretty bummed. The groupon was about to expire so I got in last weekend for a wash and blow dry. They had a Christmas tree up in the waiting room and the waiting area tables seemed covered in a sticky coating. The building has the potential to be very nice but looks un kept and run down a bit. Boxes are everywhere and old decor or used products were all over the place. The place was pretty empty with about 2 stylists and a one other client waiting. The stylists were friendly but need more training. My wash was hardly a wash as I found old hair spray in it from the style I arrived in. For the "blow out" portion of the appointment, I was turned facing the wall. The brush being used on me stunk so much, like a perm and the smell is STILL in my hair. During the drying process I say a cloud of steam or smoke and was very worried my hair was bring burnt. I will not be returning. This place could have potential with better management and stylists. It seems to be a sinking ship.
