  • I thought I'd stop in to get my hair "thinned out and a small trim." I left with 3 inches less and the ugliest & worst haircut of my life. Michelle was the hairstylist and she tried fixing it but just made it worse. I pointed out a part that looked really bad and she said, "this is what I do, I don't need to look at it every 5 minutes." Honestly if she had been looking at my hair she wouldn't have messed it up in the first place. I should have been patient and made an appointment elsewhere and just paid more.
