We went for Cinco and had to wait 30 min for a table but when we walked to the bar area, it was still full service. Grabbed a table for the 6 of us and ordered the Happy Hour Margaritas for the group and chips and dip. Fun salsas and guac to try as well. There was tamarind, pico and other spicy flavors.
My hubby and I ordered the elote to share. It was nice of them to ask if they could carve the corn for us, it was pretty charred and not overly cheesy. I ordered the posole rojo which was excellent. A huge bowl served with flour tortillas, my favorite. Could have used an extra lime and more protein but loved it. He ordered the family style tacos where you select 2 different types of protein, al pastor and carnitas. The huge stalks of green onion threw me off bu the tacos were very tasty and plenty of tortillas to share. Everyone else seems to enjoy their meals. First time there and would like to try it again very soon.
