They're decent apartments. We paid 713 which includes renters insurance. Our electricity bill was always between 70 and 130 depending on the time of year.
The pros:
Walking distance from North Mountain
731 square footage for a one bedroom (I consider that to be decent)
Gates at the entrances (although they were broken half the time)
They're pet friendly. It seemed like everyone had a dog
The staff is very pleasant and helpful
The cons:
Surrounding area is fairly ghetto
Our windows were drafty and didn't block out sound very well
It was difficult for visitors to find our apartment because the numbering system makes no sense, and it's extremely difficult to find visitor parking.
Our apartment didn't have many windows and there was very little natural sunlight.
One last thing I should mention - we submitted a maintenance request in person twice and both times nobody showed up. I then submitted a third maintenance request online and they promptly showed up the very next day. Moral of the story: submit maintenance requests online.
