I have been wanting to visit Mark's luggage service based on their reviews on Yelp. I have an older wheeled briefcase whose wheels have fallen apart. I was greeted in the small waiting area promptly and was told that because the case is older, they would have to see if the wheels are able to be ordered and replaced. I left the case and waited for their call. A few days later, I received a call indicating that they could not replace the wheels because they no longer are manufactured but they suggested that I take it to a luggage repair shop and see if they could replace them. They held my item until I could pick it up a few days later. While I wasn't able to use their services, I do appreciate their honesty and the courtesy in which they treated me. They also have abandoned luggage that was never picked up or that the airlines have given to them that they refurbish and sell for low costs. A nice looking large 4 wheel spinner was priced at $50. Give them a try!
