Went to Dr. Fabito's office for about year and a half. Never had been prescribed such hard pain killers. Without any notice, referral, counseling or anything Dr. Fabito discharged me from the office breaking the abandonment law claiming the new AB 474 law was valid. I contacted the DEA, NV Department of Health of Human Services along with state Pharmaceutical Board who sent emails saying that the new AB 474 isn't what they say and they're not educated enough yet on the new law. Can't wait till the office is looked into. Also the office manager who gave me the attorney lien paperwork waited over 100days to tell me that they don't take attorney lien paperwork and can not cross treat my new injury due to a school bus accident. Sad that a doctor can prescribe you something you've never taken, getting used to take and without any notice discharge you without taking any responsibility for helping you get off or get proper help. This place should be closed and licenses revoked. During my duration there I brought family in my appointments so they could hear me ask Ariel about a plan to get treatment for my new injury and to get off pain medication in a proper time. Sadly they chose to not help me as a patient get the proper care that I truly needed. State, DEA, Pharmaceutical Board all notified.
