  • My Realtor recommended TCT Property Management Services to me back in 2000 to manage six different SFH residential real estate investment properties in the Phoenix area (Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert). I later invested in property in another state where (after losing money several years in a row) I am now on my fourth property manager in six years. Meanwhile, TCT has consistently earned my trust with their professional and responsible management of my Phoenix investment properties over the past thirteen years. I've worked with several of the property managers on the residential team at TCT over the years (Rachael, Natalie, Lora, Erin, Jennice, and others), and have never had problems with any of them. They, and the tenants they selected, have taken great care of my properties, along with the help of their network of maintenance professionals to cover every possible need from cleaning, gardening, paint and other basics to appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, and more. Tenant requests are dealt with promptly, and I've never had a tenant complain about TCT as my choice of property manager. Move-out inspections are performed, and as a property is prepared to be re-rented, repairs are appropriately billed to the tenant (if applicable) or the owner (for things the tenant is not responsible for, like normal wear and tear). I wonder if people who are unhappy with TCT might be tenants who haven't paid their rent on time or didn't take very good care of the property they were living in. Fortunately I can't say I've seen much of that with the properties that TCT manages for me. I wish I could say the same about my other rental properties (and tenants). I highly recommend TCT to property owners and prospective tenants alike.
