  • I had the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. It was ok, but I do prefer the ramen over at Ramen Sora. The broth at Sora is tastier and the meat quality is better. However, the service was great and it may be easier for you to find a parking spot at Tatsu because of all the other shops and restaurants around. The restaurant is pretty small but I went on a Saturday afternoon and there were still a couple of tables free. Overall, Ramen Tatsu is good but I probably would not come back because I like Ramen Sora much better.
