Worst customer service ever. I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughters job. I live in California, and my daughter lives in Las Vegas. I wanted her to know I love her. She was not at work that day. They didn't leave the flowers since her coworkers didn't want to be responsible. I received a phone call from the flower shop stating she couldn't deliver the flowers. I paid a delivery fee. I asked if they can be delivered to her home a couple of blocks away. I asked them to leave the flowers on the door. They stated they need another delivery fee. The lady said she processed the extra fee. I just couldn't believe that they would not provide excellent service. I believe if you have a company or business it's your job to make your customer happy, so that they can come back and refer people to your company. They never flowed because I told them I was going to give them a bad review. They never called me back to cancel the order. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER FLOWER SHOP. The star that's given u have to select something I didn't even want to give the one star.
