  • I never write reviews, in fact I think this might be my first Yelp. I felt compelled to write a review because the service here and the team is so wonderful. I have had terrible dentist experiences in the past. I have a hard time getting numb and this has caused me to have anxiety attacks and dread the dentist especially when I need work done. I moved to Scottsdale last fall and shortly after started having tooth pain. I had a cavity filled and to my surprise Dr. Nelson was able to get me completely numb. I felt nothing during the visit. I couldn't believe it!!! I had to go back again today to get a crown done and because of my pleasant experience the first visit i didn't have the horrible cant sleep the night before anxiety. I went in this morning and it was a painless process on a procedure i would normally be freaking out about! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. I would recommend Dr. Nelson and his staff to anyone. They have restored my faith in the dentist and I no longer am fearful about getting work done.
