I decided to stop at this location due to my work hours and their virtual spin classes in the evening. Unfortunately the screen is supposed to be automatic and didn't come down and none of the staff knew how to work the machine to get it going. Kind of ridiculous to have machinery that the staff don't understand. Aside from that complaint, the spin bikes were nice and new, the room was cold (which is awesome!) and had a good set up.
The gym itself was quite large and spacious - lots of open space so it didn't seem too cramped. The change rooms were nice - huge lockers that actually fit a gym bag, relatively clean, etc. I didn't use anything other than a locker and the washroom so I can't comment on the rest.
Overall a nice location. My reasoning for 3 stars is that I really don't think a gym should offer virtual classes when the staff don't know how to fix it when it doesn't work. Electronic stuff is faulty and annoying to members when they expect to be able to get to a class.
I've heard from others that the spin classes being taught by actual instructors are quite busy but very enjoyable. I'd go to this location again but would call first if going for a virtual class to make sure it's working.
