Nadine is AWESOME. She is the only trainer/program I have been able to stick with for more than a few months. I have been with her for over a year and a half now and I have lost 32 pounds and dozens of inches. I am in the best shape of my life. As a crossfit dropout, I was afraid to join another "gym" so I started looking for a trainer. I have SO much fun. I actually MISS when I don't get to go. The best part about Nadine is that she sets you up for success and for the long road ahead. You learn how to eat and workout in a realistic way. There have been times where I have had to go several weeks without seeing her, but have been able to keep up with my workouts at home and on my own. She not only tells you which workouts to do, but also takes the time to educate you on why she's prescribing your workout for the day. You will also NEVER be bored. She is constantly updating your workouts. THE HIGHLIGHT: You will workout with a community of great women! You'll visit, laugh, and have the best hour of your day. Sometimes we forget that we have been there over an hour. It's a GREAT place to workout. NADINE won't JUST be your trainer, she is SURELY a GREAT FRIEND.
