| - This review is in regards to my personal experience with the PetHotel at Mayo Manager, Jeff. I have dealt with him many times in the multiples visits I have taken my dog to stay overnight or at Doggy Day Camp. He is the absolute worst person I've ever seen/dealt with in any customer service interaction I've ever had, and I work at an actual local Resort! He's unbelievably rude, brash and can not believe he is still employed there. How on earth would any person want to leave their beloved pet in the hands of someone like this?? He never smiles, says hello or make you or your dog feel welcome. I've heard him argue with other grooming employees in front of customers, including myself. Just this morning, I dropped my dog off for day camp and a groom and while the agent was helping me, they told me I had to go over to the grooming salon to fill out paperwork, which isn't normal, everything is usually there for me to sign. When I tried clarifying what I had to do, he YELLS from his office, "You HAVE to go to the grooming salon, I don't know what's going on with our printer!!" He doesn't even have the decency to come out and apologize for the small inconvenience??After this mornings' interaction, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and be sure to let as many people possible know, not to take your dog there. I don't feel comfortable with my dog being there and hope, for the sake of other people's dogs too, that PetsMart's management decides to make some changes.
