  • I rented a home through a realtor recommended to me by a friend and Ideal Realty turned out to be the management company for the property. Working with these people is a nightmare! Keep all of your receipts! I went in to pay the first months rent and kept my receipt of course. The next day I checked my phone at work to find I had several missed calls from them saying I didn't pay rent and there would be such and such fees. I called back and the woman (Joanne I believe) was very rude. Right when I told her I would happily bring in the receipt they wrote up for me to show I did pay, she quickly shut up and ended the call. These people are just shady. Last I checked, they had an F with the Better Business Bureau for failure to respond to customer complaints. Awful experience and so glad to be out of that property!
