  • This is nothing short of food heaven. Lobster tails, caviar, sushi, oysters, lamb, prime rib, Alaskan crab, bottomless French Champagne. The exquisite food and champagne never end at Bally's Sterling Brunch every Sunday from 9:30-?. You serve yourself so you can narrow your focus to lobsters tails and eat 10 if you want. I can't imagine better food, ambiance, or service at any brunch anywhere in the country. At $90 a person, it's not cheap, but if you can afford it, you should go!! I don't ever plan on being in Vegas on Sunday and not going to this brunch. Make reservations. Ambiance-5 stars, Service-5+ stars, Food-5+ stars, Value-5+ stars.
