  • I've lived in Carlisle for 7 years. Up until the last year, I would have recommended the community without any hesitation. In the past year, the place has completely fallen apart. My AC is always breaking down, the management company keeps assigning my parking spot (that is clearly written in my lease), to other new renters. The list goes on. My fridge broke down and it's been a few days. I've contacted every number listed on my lease, every number for maintenance and no one will call me back. Phone numbers are disconnected or messages aren't returned. Many of my neighbors are having the same issues. The neighbors are talking about calling the News channel 13 and also reporting the community to the better business beureau. DONT MOVE HERE!!! Don't believe the reviews on Carlisles Site. They only post fake positives!!!!! Trust me, the negative reviews are deleted.
