| - Thought I would try this place out since I was in the area, so I didn't have an appt. & they tried to accommodate even though they were busy. Wanted a pedicure & upper lip wax...waited approx 10 min (very reasonable wait) for pedicure & when completed, I reminded the tech I was there for an upper lip wax as well. She said she didn't do waxes, but someone would take care of me in a few minutes. 30 minutes later & still no one to do the wax, I had to leave. I was finally approached about the wax (only because she saw me paying to leave) & I declined, told her I had to leave. No apologies for making me wait, just back to her customer. I was a 1st time customer, no offer to sign up for their 'rewards' program, no apologies for the extra wait. I understand w/o an appt, I may not get in, but just be honest w/me & let me know if you can't provide the service...don't tell me a few minutes & leave me waiting for 30. My pedicure service was good, but the long wait for a quick wax was a big downer. In an effort to not lose the extra 'sale', you lost a potential customer...won't be back. My time is important, too.
