  • I came here to purchase a pair of shoes. I forgot to pack comfortable shoes to walk the strip. I've been to this Ross a few times before and never had a bad experience until my last visit. My daughter needed to use the restroom and an associate was very rude. We said something to the girl who was attending customers in the fitting room and she had a " I don't care attitude" We finally complained to the manager and he knew right away who they were. We got what we needed and left. Place is a mess. Rude employees. The out side of the building smells and has way too many homeless folks living there.
