  • When I got a new employer, getting my eyes checked was one of my first priorities. I have had VSP before, but the last time I got my eyes checked, I had Eyemed, and this time my normal eye doctor was not in network, so I had to search for a new eye Dr. I found Chandler Eye Care on our portal at work, only to find out they were recommended by some family members who use them also. I scheduled my appointment, which I thought was going to be weeks out, for the next week, which hasn't a huge wait. I was seen by Dr. Van Over, who was so nice, made me feel extremely comfortable during the exam, and answered any questions I had, and the exam was an overall enjoyable experience. Now, selecting your frames, that's always the fun part! I was paired with Joy (or Joyce?) I apologize if I messed up her name, but she didn't make me feel rushed, even though I told her I was on my lunch hour. I was able to find a very cute pair of Lacoste frames, and I was told that they would be available in ten business days. They were ready in 4! That may not be typical, but I was certainly impressed with that turnaround time. I will definitely be coming back here!
