After a few visits to the joint, Raijin has become one of my favourite ramen places in Toronto. I ordered the Gyokai Tonkotsu Ramen with egg. The broth was excellent and made me wanting more. And what good ramen can be without the pork belly. It was one tender piece of pork belly that was so good that I had to order another piece.
Aside from the food itself, Raijin - unlike most ramen places in the city - is quite spacious. Sure, it may not have the charm of small shops like how they are in Japan, but at least we won't have to wait twice as long for a delicious ramen bowl!
