  • The new ladies who work there are awful. When I walked up to the counter the two ladies were carrying on a personal conversation. I can be understanding but I stood there for about a minute and they still didn't even look at me. When they did they didn't even really say anything to me. No customer service skills at all. Not to mention it takes them over 5 minutes to make a frappe when I'm the only order that they have. So annoying to come to this Starbucks now.
