  • Noticed there are no current reviews (or complaints) so I thought I would add my review. I was having maintenance problems with another pool service when I changed to SSP a couple of years ago. I have to agree that the SERVICE end of this business gets the job done (and that's what I am paying for). On the other hand, the office manager must be overwhelmed. Regardless, a phone call gets it straightened out. Like I said, happier than I was with another well known pool company. They have always treated me fairly and respectfully. I have never used them for pool repair but they did a great job cleaning my sand filter!!
