| - Had a real mixed experience with this company. I called about a week before my move, they asked if I wanted morning or afternoon, I asked for morning. In order to book this I had to put a card down as well, which is to be charged if you cancel anytime less then 24hrs with varying fees. We were told they would call the day before for our time frame.
I get a call the day before the move saying they are not coming in the morning because they are booked and they will be at our apartment between 3-6pm. This was a problem for me because I had made arrangements to be available in the morning like we discussed and I had to be out of my apartment by the next morning for cleaning and inspection arrangements. By the time I was notified of this, it was too late to cancel without being charged a fee.
As we are waiting in our apartment 4pm rolls around and we call for an update, the office says that a job is just being finished up, and our movers will be to us in about 30-40 minutes.
Two and a half hours later at 630 they show up. Now I will say the actual movers were the only reason I'm not giving this even less stars. Paul and Oswaldo were amazing they literally were zipping up and down stars didn't take any breaks and took extremely good care of all our stuff, if I could write a separate the review for them and they would get 5 stars without blinking an eye. I have some pretty large pieces and they navigated stairs and tight corners without even a little scratch. They also had great personalities very respectful and just over great mood.
Now back to the company, mid move they call our guys and tell them they need to be heading to our new house by 8 because they didn't want them working in the dark. I understand this, I wouldn't want them getting hurt either, but to load an entire home in an hour and a half when we had a 5 hour estimate? Come on. They didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience. Of course we were so crunched for time because of their 8pm deadline, we had to leave some stuff which I have to go back and get myself. Even after I called they said I would just have to pay the bill and call customer service to see "IF" they could do anything.
TL;DR our movers Paul and Oswaldo were Phenomenal, the actual company was not.
