Not so honorable - it's been 3 weeks since the home I rent was serviced and I am still upset. I was informed that the technician would arrive at 8:00 am to replace the ac unit. I arrived at the property at 8:03 am and found that the tech had already entered the property while no one was home (it was too warm for us to stay there). When asked how he entered he stated the landlord let him in which turned out to be a lie. Victor later confessed that he entered through a window. He apologized but had no explanation for this. I called the office and was told this would be "addressed" but I don't know how they would address this as Victor and Brad are owners. I've never received any other calls from the company after this so I caution anyone thinking of using this service.
