  • Horrible service. Desierelle the new lady at the desk is beyond rude and has the worst customer service. I've been a regular customer for a long time and I called to let her know I would be a couple minutes late. She said that's ok. When I get there she tells me my waxer won't be able to see me for 15 minutes and let someone take my spot. I was furious. I asked her why she didn't tell me and she was nothing but attitude and rude! She was rude in the phone one other time and had me on hold for 5 min. I was simply calling to confirm my appointment. This girl needs to be fired or talked to. Because she has been nothing but rude to me. As a manger for a huge chain I would not have someone like this working for me.
