  • I had them replace the serpentine belt on my car. While putting it on, they broke the pulley tensioner. They never apologized although they did acknowledge they broke it. They charged me $117 for a new pulley tensioner and $40 to install it. The new pulley tensioner on amazon is $53. It took 10 minutes to install the new one. I think they should have offered to split the cost of the repair or at least not charge me on the install for the pulley tensioner they broke.
