  • I've always walked past this place in fmp thinking it looked slightly sketchy but after seeing the good yelp reviews i decided to give it a try. i got the mango lychee juice with tapioca which was $4.50+tax for the small size. Price already includes the tapioca which is great and the "small" size is a generous amount. i was really surprised at how good good both the juice and tapioca was! They claim to use fresh juice and not powder which i can't for sure confirm but it certainly since i couldnt see them make it but it definitely tasted fresh. it was also the perfect sweet level, i usually ask for slightly less sugar at other bbt places etc. but didn't need to here. The tapioca was also amazing! Perfect chewiness and slightly sweet. In my opinion the tapioca here beats out chatime and cocos and any other major bbt chains. The lady at the cash who also made the bbt was really friendly. Definitely will come back here again!
