  • I called to set up maintenance on my gas hot water heater. 8-12 window, they txt me the day before to confirm appointment time. I took the time off work, no call, no txt, no email, no smoke signals & no show. My next plumbing issue will go to another company. So freakin' rude, not even a call to say you won't show. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
