  • So again... I have visited this particular DD on a regular basis when in this end of Chandler. I would say 4 visits in last 3 months. On 3 of those 4 visits they were out of caramel!! How do you run I out of caramel?!?! You're Dunkin Donuts!! I have decided that there is a major problem with management failing to do their job by holding their employees accountable. Therefore, I will avoid this particular location all together! They did offer a salted carmel option and did not charge for my turbo shot, but after trying the drink I had to throw it away. It was not the same, what a waste of $4.
