  • I have been a member here for 18 years and had a set fee from that time. This mornings no I go in to find they increased my membership by double without me knowing or advising me. It is so unethical and poor business practice. I have not been In for a while and see changes but not informing clients about a raise is such poor business practice. Be careful out there. Watch out for slippery billing that they don't tell you about.
