  • Came in today for a 4:30 appointment for a 1 hour massage with Francine, but when I arrived she brought me into the room and explained that she can only stay until 5pm. I said no thank you. She said I'm sorry, and she said someone should have told me, so I went back up front to wait for my wife. I told the girl up front what happened and she asked if I wanted to stay for the 30 minute appointment. I declined and walked out. Will never go back to this place. No respect for people's time.
