  • if I can help it I would not give this place any stars at all! But unfortunately we have to give 1 star in order to write a review about this place. This place is full of crap. I knew exactly what I wanted which was a queen size bed with a frame. The sales men was pretty cool he got me exactly what I wanted. I paid for my product he stated that it will be delivered the following day between 10 and 2 p.m. mind you I told him that I work 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. . So that was enough time for someone to deliver my product. The following day came no product was delivered no one called no one did anything. So of course I cannot sleep because I was expecting a delivery. I called big furniture at 3:15 p.m. and asked where was my furniture. I was placed on hold for 23 minutes. No one got back to me so I hung up the phone called back again placed on hold another 16 minutes. the person that finally pick up the phone stated that there was a problem with my order so therefore no one came to deliver it. Why didn't they call me? I don't understand that. If they would have called me I would have understood. Another woman got on the phone and told me that she will take $50 off of my order because of the inconvenience. She stated that my order will be delivered the following day. The following day came no delivery no product! So I went back down there and got my money back. If you need furniture in a hurry do not even bother to go to big furniture because obviously they do not care about their clientele. They make empty promises.
