  • The complex itself was okay...but it is definitely NOT luxury living. You dont even have a PANTRY! When we were ready to move out they tried to charge us 'full paint' when all they needed to fix was the small patch on the wall (that we spackled ourselves) from the door. I gave them their own cost sheet they gave us when we first moved in and proved that it was a 'small job'. Thankfully the maintenance backed our story. I knew that keeping their own material would save our butt...so be prepared to fight for 'exaggerated fees'.
