  • I'm so over this place. I absolutely LOVED it when it was Mayan Plaza but Helix!? Not so much. Every time I go or call to ask questions I either get someone rude or they don't answer the question fully. The new Helix team is horrible. They are raising the rental properties with NO upgrade for previous renters which I think is absurd. I guess that is how you treat your loyal renters, give them a rental raise with NO upgrade. I will never rent here again and as for future renters thinking about this place because of the "convenient location" think again. You can find somewhere else, in which the prices are better for BIGGER apartments and a courteous rental team that actually knows what they are talking about. I come into contact with at least 70 new "Las Vegans" a year who wants to move into a great apartment, guess which apartment complex I will NEVER recommend? Yes, you guessed it. Unacceptable Helix and all that you stand for.
