  • Awful. Ordered flowers for my mother. She adores purple, so I chose a selection of pastel pinks and yellow with tons of purple and lavender. Ended up with an awful arrangement of mixed pinks with bright yellow. I upgraded to deluxe and was given tons of baby's breath instead. I called customer service to discuss why there was no purple in the PURPLE arrangement I ordered and Judith (super rude) argued that she thought there was too much purple so included pinks. There is not a drop of purple in this arrangement. Even the purple bow was switched to pink because THERE IS NO PURPLE!!! She argued with me and was extremely rude. She told me they had a disclaimer regarding substitutions which states that they can replace items with the same quality. How is a cheaper "filler" piece like baby's breath the same as roses or chrysanthemums? Horrible service and even worse of an arrangement. I would definitely opt for another florist if you want reliable and quality service. I cannot believe they let their workers speak to clients like that!
