  • So just like some of the other reviewers here I have to say Stay away!!! When I originally signed up with them i was assured that i was going to have the same cleaning team, but I didn't. Yes there were some great cleanings, Michelle and Mega were amazing and i asked to please make sure i continued to have them, yet that wasn't the case. I get that personnel changes and such, but never did they make me aware of this. I don't know why i stayed with them as long as i did. oh wait, i do know, because i tried to cancel my services about 3-4 times and each time, 'Deb' would call me and not let me off the phone until i would agree to another chance. strike one- they told me that they took my house key, yet they 'lost it' and were unsure where it was left- photo of email attached. strike 2- staff changes without letting me know, random things broken, etc. I sent them pictures of dents to my floor molding, they told me they didn't do it. strike 3- i was checking my petcube camera and saw the cleaning people show up and was watching them clean...well supposed to clean. yet the one woman was outside on the phone multiple times and the guy was sitting on my couch reading a magazine. I emailed them, 'deb' called me and told me 'are you sure he's on the couch, he said he was cleaning the coffee table'. To which i replied, i have video and still photos of it. She still told me, 'well he says that he was near the couch cleaning the coffee table so maybe you saw it wrong'. I then sent her the photos and videos and she still made excuses for them. I agreed to continue service because she offered a free cleaning and at that point i was with them for about 2 years, even through all the crap, - to be honest i don't like strangers in my house and was too lazy to try to find another cleaning company. thanks to my skybell doorbell i was noticing that the times that they were putting on the sheets were different than the times they were actually there. They would say they would get there at 11am, but wouldn't get there until 11:15, and they'd say they left at 1pm, but i'd see them leave at 12:46. which the first few times, is ok, whatever, but after about 15+ times, that all adds up. Then the final thing- the people broke a vase, the vase itself was an expensive gift. That wasn't what upset me so much. What upset me was that they put it in a plastic grocery bag that had holes in it and put it on my kitchen island. Small pieces of glass fell out of the bag on the counter and my cat got a shard in his paw. the note they left "By accident it broke vase". when i told 'deb' once again i was told nothing was reported to her, and to take photos and send. i did and told them that i wished to cancel my services effective immediately. 'deb' then called me and got extremely confrontational with me and told me "well you have a lot of stuff in your house and things are going to break". When i told her about the glass shards, she told me 'so what you're saying that they put glass shards out? you sound crazy, your cat probably scratched at the bag'. i told her i didn't want to argue i just wanted to cancel my service. she kept saying, well things break and you won't get the same deal that you have now, you're at a promo rate you'll lose it. i told her i wasn't trying to get into an argument and why everytime, like when i told her about the guy sitting on my couch, she would get confrontational and yell. she then again got angry, raised her voice and yelled 'why are you bringing that up, that was handled". i repeated, i just would like to cancel my service. she kept arguing and kept telling me how things break and how i wouldn't get the same rates...etc. i finally had to say. look i just want to cancel my service, please cancel and send me my key i don't want to hang up on you. so please just cancel. she then in an even ruder tone told me 'fine you're cancelled, we'll verify the address to send the key'. 2 weeks later they still hadn't sent me my key. After following up, she tells 'oh i was sick, we'll send it out'. If you don't want to believe me that's fine. Please see attached photos and emails.
