  • Deserved 0 stars but Yelp doesn't have that option. My review is based on today's visit, Feb 3, 2018. This will be my last time coming to this location. Although my previous experience has always been ok and it kept me going back, today I found myself so irritated with their bad business practice. I dropped off my teenage daughter who has super curly and thick hair for a TRIM that would have cost me maybe $17 and I came out with a $41 bill instead. The extra $25 charge was for the "extra hour they spent detangling her hair before cutting it". Problem #1: No one told my daughter before "detangling" her, that there was an extra charge and no one called or told me about the extra charge until I picked her up. Problem #2: Where did you get the amount of $25? There is nothing like that listed on the service you offer. VERY BAD BUSINESS. I could have argued back and forth and NOT pay it. Needless to say, NO TIP. They can take it out of the extra money they received. And since I had the cash on hand to pay for the trim and a tip, but had to use my credit card instead, I will be disputing this charge.
