  • DO NOT buy anything from this company- contractors or homeowners! Their warranty is completely worthless and just smoke and mirrors. They try to get out of not honoring their warranty by blaming the contractors and fabricators. We bought the Della terra quartz here in summer 2017 and within months WATER began to stain it. And within a few months it began to chip. The salespeople told us that this quartz was chip proof and that the warranty would cover any stains and chips and dents. If a warranty doesn't cover water stains I'm not sure what the point is of a warranty then? It took three months to get anyone to come out and see the countertops. And when my husband finally confronted how long it took to get someone out and get callbacks the sales person said "oh. We're busy" terrible customer service. They just want to push you into buying expensive products and then once you purchase- you're apparently no longer a customer. When they did come out and see all the stains and chips their conversation changed and the sales person said how many people have had issues with this quartz. He also blamed the contractors and fabricators we worked with (not sure how a contractor could stain it... and the countertops were perfect when they were installed. We went over every inch with our contractor. Very dishonest company and they sell a very poor product!
