  • This place is HORRIBLE. I personally would've never stepped foot into this place as I'm not a fan of bus transportation, I'm all about the WHEELS UP (airplane). I have family who opted to take the bus to visit which lead me to this place for either a pick up or a drop off or both. I've even had to go inside (WoWZers) to wait with the passenger(s) in certain instances. The process is very disorganized and the customer service is at an ALL TIME LOW. The people employed act as if the paying customers owe them something when in all actuality they customers are the reason they are employed. The seating is old and unclean and the floors look as if they haven't had a CLEAN mop over them in years. It also reeks of a unpleasant scent. It's unfortunate that this is one of the venues that is available for affordable transit in Charlotte. I hope they get a facelift soon.
