  • Why is it that there is ALWAYS something that has to happen... She told me to leave my purse and jacket because we would be coming back to the room... And when we returned there was someone else in the room!!! Really??? This is after they cancelled my daughters appointment because they were unable to contact her in October for a December appointment....
