I wouldn't leave any stars but the app. Will not allow me to go on without a star. I pulled in and I waited as patiently as possible as I was on a time restraint and so I watched the ticket writer, "Charlie" he saw me and said "he would be with me shortly", I then watch him write up a lady that pulled in way before me, and I asked him about this and he said "You have to be more patient!" I then was approached by a vacuumed who got me wrote up and then "Charlie" came back over and I went at him again and he said "Ladies First" OK OK I get that but I was still there first! So I told him I was going to take this to management and then to corporate! He said "step inside and speak to John" I did that and shared my story and then he said he would talk to "Charlie" I was not satisfied with these results and looked everywhere for a corporate number and then called the store back and got a 480 number that is an answering machine and they route your call back to the store so I called back to "John" and he told me that their corporate offices don't take customer service calls! REALLY? WOW!
After reading these reviews here I give Jacksons a year or less before they pull up stakes here in Phoenix and go someplace else.
