We experienced two serious issues here:
1. Keep your door locked until you're ready for customers. Last Saturday it was unlocked a few minutes before opening, and kept telling people to wait outside because they weren't ready.
2. We wasted an hour here with an 8 month old experiencing her first flu... when we asked for a status update on when we'd be called back, we learned they had never even entered us into the system because they had put our paperwork aside and forgot... we never would have been called back. After wasting an hour, the front desk clerk takes one look at our completed paperwork and informs us that they no longer accept our insurance... which is fine, but could you not have told us that when we handed in our completed forms, ID, and insurance card in the first 5 minutes we were there?
What a terrible waste of time and energy with a sick infant. The insurance thing isn't their fault so I get that. But I probably would have been more understanding about the rest if we'd been offered any kind of apology for misplacing our paperwork and wasting our time, but we basically got a "yeah not my problem" kind of attitude. Awesome... thanks....
