  • Worst management company ever. They are rude, incompetent, lying, and unresponsive. They sent me a notice of non payment when their system had an issue that they knew about. On call maintenance is voice mail that they don't call you to confirm they are sending someone. They also claimed to have changed by smoke detector battery and air filter then told me two weeks later they don't have keys to my apartment. If you are looking at one of their properties, run away and look elsewhere. Also, they charge a fee to change locks between tenants. Super shady.
