  • I came in here two years ago under Aflac insurance, hoping that I could get a cavity removed and filled. The staff was (at the time, it's no longer this way) friendly and efficient. I was in and out in two and a half hours, and could not have been happier with an aching mouth. However, my father walks in with an appointment a few months after. He waited for an hour, watching the desk staff stare at him and eat. When he asked to be assisted, they all claimed to be on lunch. All three of them. They proceeded to ignore him. He walked out and never went back. I should have followed in his footsteps .I attempted to go this past December and discovered that my insurance "did not exist in the system" and therefor I am "not covered for dental". I struggled between the desk staff and Aflac for quite some time before my Aflac Rep grew tired of the excuses and recommended Smile Solutions off of Rainbow. Great place. Went in, got my work done via Aflac, and then found out that there is a cavity underneath the filling that the dentist at Affordable Dental had worked on. Not sure if it means what I think it means, but nonetheless I am not happy. Overall, I would never recommend them due to the incredible amount of screaming children in the waiting room (somehow one or two every time I go in), the lack of effort put in by the staff, and the inconsistencies in the quality of the work done to my teeth. This is the only set I have, and I paid someone to make them worse. Great.
