I really enjoyed visiting this Cidery. My friends and I came up yesterday and we had a wonderful time. We went on the cider tour. For $5.00 you go on a 45-1h tour and taste five ciders. The price is phenomenal. A wine tour costs much more.
We then enjoyed some snacks in the restaurant since we were planning to go to a nice restaurant for dinner after visiting some other places in the area.
They cook pizza at the Cidery and it smelled amazing. They have a stone fire oven that they use and it cooks the pizza in 90 seconds. The pizza smelled amazing. My friends really enjoyed it but I wasn't able to try it since they don't offer gluten free options. I really feel this establishment should make gluten free dough. How hard could it be?
The menu was really fair. The prices were actually on the low side. I honestly don't know why people said the restaurant is over priced.
However, the store is a little overpriced but that is typical when you visit such a place. The ciders were incredibly cheap for a pack of 4 ($12.00) but the specialty foods were on the high side.
My friends and I had a really good time and I would highly recommend this tour to others. I've already told other friends and family to check it out. :)
