  • My HUGE mesquite tree fell over into my yard six days ago. I had called two other landscapers to come and remove the branches and clean the yard. I had sent them both a picture of the tree canopy laying on its side as tall as the two story house. The first did not show on Friday, I called and texted the picture to the second landscaper who promised to take care of the tree on Sunday... no show. I called Hayward Tree Service this morning to follow up on the quote request (with the photo) sent at midnight the night before, within 15 minutes the office person called to tell me they can be out to take care of the tree today. The crew called and texted me when they were on their way to the house, and by days end the branches were gone and the yard cleaned of all debris. Customer service is not dead and gone!! Hayward Tree Service has restored my faith!! Thank you so much for your prompt professional service. You will be my only recommendation to anyone requiring any type of tree service. Thank you once again!!
