  • This is based on today's experience. I'm doing this for the 50% discount on my next service. I couldn't tell if the lady doing my eyebrows has a heavy hand or was taking out her frustration in my session. She seemed a little bothered from the 4 teenage girls that walked in in front of me. Her threading was not smooth. Mumbling with thread in her mouth I couldn't understand if she wanted me to "hold it" or move my face towards/away from her - so she took it upon herself to move it when she wanted. She didn't move to the other side to do my other eyebrow, she leaned on me (smashing my glasses against my chest) to get to the other eyebrow. I am a loyal eyebrows r us customer so I will return, but I don't like the fact that I always have a new person at each visit
