  • For the 200th review!!!!!!! Not expecting it would be Target, but a great experience warrants it! I normally don't really see the need to rate the world of Targets, Walmarts, etc. as you really know what you are going to get when you go to each of those stores. The main reason why I am changing that thought is the exceptional service we received last month. This is our normal Target and we usually get good service any time we go. Last month I happened to just be walking around the Target and noticed they had their grills (what was left of them) on clearance. Called my husband up since I knew he was looking for a new one and saw that they had a large grill for 50% off. He met me a Target right away and began measuring it (only had the display one left) to see if it would fit in my small SUV. We knew right away it would not work. In comes the Target employee (I believe her name was Heather), but she asks if we need any help and we told her our circumstance - want the grill but it looks like it will not fit. She said she would grab her tools and take off one side of the grill to make it work. Well she does that, tries to lift in in the back of my suv with my husband, and it does not fit. So then she takes off the other side. Again lifts it up with my husband and it fits! She also gave us a bag to put the loose screws in as well as some ties to tie up the hood so it does not open and close as I drive home. All I can say, this was unexpected, but very welcomed service by Heather. Again, we get good service at Target, but this was above and beyond, and we are happy we have a new grill!
