My previous review on the service I received on my first trip to Garrison's stands. However, the treatment I have received since sending my review to the store itself has been top notch.
After I posted my review, I made sure I sent it directly to the store. The next morning, Hollis, the owner of the shop, personally e-mailed me. He was very apologetic and explained to me what he was going to do in response to my concerns. He also offered to compensate me in a very generous way.
I've been working in the costumer-service industry for 11 years. I know how easy and how appreciated good costumer-service is to provide. However, even though it is easy to provide good costumer-service, most business do not provide it. I was very happy and greatly appreciated the way Hollis handled this situation.
Because of this, I wanted to provide both the positive and somewhat negative experience I have had with this establishment.
